No delivery, goods not made
Ok so i order pizza for fam as we are at hospital and wife being discharged from hospital after giving birth. So as i get home i noticed that the pizza has not been delivered. So at 9h25 i phone them and ask were my order is and the lady informed me that my order was still there and that there was only 2 driver's. I told her to keep it there as i will collect it my self. Got to the store and then received info that my order was never prepared. What do you call this. When its red its hot, if its black its free and if they dont deliver or prepare your order. Whats next
