No delivery from Protea Glen

I bought pizza on their app on Monday the 4th of May 2020 to date I have not received it. Tried calling the restaurant and calls are not answered. Called the Debonairs customer care line I spoke to Xoli who took down all the details and advised me that the manager and owner of Protea Glen will contact me within 24 hrs. That was Wednesday till today no once contacted me but my money was deducted from my account.

Can some help this is *****.
