No delivery from mall@carnival

I ordered a triple decker pizza online from this restaurant at 16h14 and i received an sms confirmation that the order was successful, an hour later I received a call from a lady who told me that the order is delayed due to there being a high number of orders and only one delivery driver working today and i understood since its a holiday after all. It is now 19h00 in the evening and my pizza still has not arrived and I've called the restaurant over six times and my calls went unaswered. I'm alone with my son and we thought ordering a pizza would be quicker than us trying to cook but disappointingly we have to make another plan now since debonairs has let us down.
