No Delivery for Paid order

Just recently placed an order and it went through and they accepted my money. Then I waited for them to deliver and waited for over an hour. I then, checked the app and it still said preparing and then I called the store and the voice prompt said they were closed and it dropped the call. I then called customer care and they said that they'll make contact with the store to get them to contact me. They never contacted me and I'm still waiting for the pizza I ordered.
