no delivery for m bcoz I said their pizza was not well done

I bought pizza and asked for delivery they came and delivered the pizza after the delivery guy had left I saw that my pizza was not well prepared as it still had raw dough I called them they said the driver will come and fetch it . However after a few minutes I was told to come to the shop I went and the supervisor told m I don't know what im talking about however she said if they will re do the pizza money must be taken from the guys at the back who made it I said okay just put it back in the stove again bcoz I was thinking shame these ppl probably made a mistake I ate a burned pizza . today I call to order delivery they tell m they have blacklisted my address bcoz I was unhappy abt their food.
