No delivery

I have never been so angry, disappointed and sad of the level of customer service I've recieved today at Debonairs pizza Infact am disgusted!! I called Debonairs Pizza in Westonaria at 19:30pm placed and order for delivery, usually it takes about 40 mins max, however was advised I should expect the order in 55 minutes ohk I did not have a problem I understood it might be busy. Waited until 20:55pm as I know the store closes at 21:00pm. As I complained and told the lady they could have told me if I had to pick up my order I would have done that, the lady apologized and said they should have told me it will take 1hr 30 mins fine I said I'll wait. As I am typing now it's 21:53 my order still has not arrived call center is now closed abviously they close at 21:00pm.so I have not recieved my order in 2hrs 30minutes!!! What kind of service is this really!! So my family should go to bed hungry because I ordered from a store that can not keep up with their orders? This is rather not the first time experiencing this from Debonairs in Westonaria at first I waited an hour 39 minutes when they had said 30 mins but I let that go understood it does get busy. But this!!!! It's A No, No, No. And I demand compensation for all this!!
