No delivery but Indicating Delivered

I ordered a Pizza on 30/09/2022 ,Order #***5. i called Debonairs Musina several times indicating that my Pizza was not delivered. At 7:40 when I rechecked my Debonairs App it was indicating that the Pizza is delivered.
