NO DELIVERY AND 2.5 HOURS LATE

My wife ordered pizza for delivery on Friday 22 April 2022 at 19:07. At 21H00 i phoned to find out where my order is but the store did not answer my call. even after calling them more than 6 times there was no answer. I was forced to collect my food myself. When I got there my order was cold and the staff (who were not wearing masks) had to make me a new order.

I paid for delivery which i didnt get, my son had to go to bed hungry and we only got our food 2 hours 30 minutes after we ordered it.
