No delivery

I order a pizza online. Wated 1 hour and 40 min no delivery. Try to call the store a view times no answer. Finaly some one picked up the phone ask to speak to the manager. He said tue driver only arrived at the shop now and will only then deliver our pizza. Not exceptable why have an app if we cant track the order. Why wait so long just for the delivery guy why is he not on duty.very nad service
