No delivery

THe level of service at this store left a bad taste.

I ordered food from this outlet last night and decided not to cook as i had had an exhausting day. I called in as usual and they had my details on file as i order a lot cause my kids happen to love the pizza there. The lady took my order, didn't advise of the time but i hoped that the max time would be an hour, which i didn't mind as this is the usual time i wait for the food, not ideal but let me give the benefit. 50Mins go by, i call to check up on my order and i am advised that the driver just left with my order, fine (let me add that i live 5 mins drive from the mall), fast track 30mins later guess what still no pizza, i call again this time another lady checks my order and advises that my order wasn't put in the system and will redo the order and fastrack to me- than why was i told that it was and given an amount, than again told that the driver is coming with my food, remember that i haven't cooked- myself, husband and 2 kids are hungry . Another 30mins after that still nothing, i call again cause now my kids are starving and you guys have given the expectation that you will be bringing my food but your company decided to firstly out right lie to me and not meet the expectation built with your customer. Your logo says try something amazing but all i got was nothing, no food, no explanation. I want this to be fixed..... Please get back to me asap, i will keep escalating this until someone gets to me.
