No delivery

I ordered a pizza from the branch in George with the online app. They confirmed the order and I waited 40min and called them to find out if pizza is done. They said it was finished and its on its way. Its now been 2 and a half hours and no feed back this is really really poor service inposted it on facebook and multiple people said it happened to them and its a common thing that keeps on happening. I am very dissapointed as its the first time I use the app and now nothing shows up.
