No delivery

I placed an online order at debonairs jabulani mall at 15:35 i recieved cinfirmation that my order was well received. I waited and waited fir my order and later decided to call they didnt anwer the phone it was engaged for an hour. I called their customer services at about 18h00 to lodge a firmal complaint yet i was told that it wouls be sent to the manager however ill only get a response within 24hours...... on that note the store closes at 18:30. Anywho i eventually get a hold of them and i was told that hhey cant see my order and that there will be a delay cause they only have 3 drivers . I was also told that my order was not on the systems. The gentleman i spoke to then told me he would search for it on their system then get back to me. They called at 19:11 to ask me if i had recieved my order ... i informed that i hadn't. They said they would be on the way with it but really to take 4hours to recieve pizza is unheard of plus what really gets to me is that no communication is sent out for any delays.
