No customer service

Service I got from Debonairs Birch Acres Mall today disgusting, why have an online store but still wait for the order when u get to the shop?? I ordered online around 16:56 then because of network problem I decided to go to the shop to confirm my order it took your staff 20 mins to attend to me and confirm, no one told us if there's a technical glitch or what but they were 3 of them Infront busy with the tills without letting us know I went to the shop at 17:00 and I was only attended at 17:25 that's when they wanted to place my order of which I placed at 16:56... Birch Acres Mall Debonairs has the worst service
