No customer service, end buying because of hunger

Imagine yourself on your way home hungry and cry call you guys for an order and you get a rude call center agent who can't even sell your product. Is it right to tell a customer to call when they know what they want 🤔 I'm really disappointed. Please coach or provide training to your call center agent
