<p>I wrote the following complaint to Debonairs on 22/03/2017 with no response to date: </p> <p>Hi,</p> <p>I received a voucher via SMS from Debonairs 23.02.2017 for R50 off my next order.<br />Voucher code - p0217</p> <p>I have tried using this voucher TWICE by ordering online with the app...I enter the voucher code and when I place the order the voucher never pulls through, so in both cases the delivery guy pitches up where I'm R50 short! This is unacceptable and has caused more inconvenience then what it's worth.</p> <p>The voucher is expiring soon and has cost me R100 already just by trying to use this voucher.<br />I would never have ordered food if it wan't for this voucher, and I still had to pay full price both times.</p> <p>Really disappointed in Debonairs.<br />I would like to know how this is going to be corrected as I'm not using this voucher code again as it does NOT work.</p>
