no customer care

So i sent in a compaint and they did call me and say i will get a voucher on the next time i order. They said it would automaticaly be added but it was not i was dissapionted when i realized that i paid full price

next time i ordered I ordered at debonairs because i had a coupon for 20% off my next order. I tried to add the coupon but it just said that there was a problem with the coupon and that ''I need to try late'' I want to order pizza now not later. I called in and the useless customer care awnsered and said she dont know what is going on and that i must use the live chat service that is a bot. the bot told me that i need to check the error message on the coupon. the message it gave me was ''try again later ". Dont order at debonairs your wasting your time.
