No Cream Cheese on Triple Decker Meaty Pizza

I purchased a Triple Decker Meaty Pizza and the following was observed<br> 1. No cream cheese between layers 2 and 3 <br> 2.Pizza was absolutely dry<br> 3.When you pick up the pizza , the layers just separated<br> <br> I phoned the Store and spoke to the manager Norman , I explained him the above and he first said that he would personal come and replaced pizza and inspect the original that was delivered, of which i was happy.<br> <br> Unfortunately the call was dropped , i phoned back and spoke to him again .<br> He then advised that he would give me a discount on the next purchase, and further advised that the cream cheese might have got dried up during delivery.<br> <br> This was a complete turn around from his first statement.<br> <br> End result I am unsatisfied customer since family was left with a very dry triple Decker meaty pizza of which we never enjoyed .<br> <br> Very Bad delivery time order placed 17:07 delivery at 18:40 , my location 2km away from store .<br> <br> <br> Poor customer service - since the manager never address the bad product but deferred action for a next payment, leaving me with something they was not edible or tasty. <br>
