No communication
I placed an online order @ 7 this evening I was called to confirm my order and was told that it will arrive in an hour as they were busy. At 9 I'm still waiting so I decide to call them because no call was made to me to advise of any delay I'm then told that my order is still there the driver will leave now. No apology, No call made to explain delays. Unacceptable!!! My order arrived at 10:36
