No chicken No delivery

<p> On the 1st of June 2016 we drove from Hartswater to Kimberley to watch a social league cricket match.</p> <p>At 18:00 I phoned Debonairs to order 3 large pizzas for delivery. The cricket club is not even 1km from the Debonairs and were in Kby once a week for the cricket and we've seen debonairs deliver there every week. When I spoke to the sales lady she said she does not know where it is I must get an adress. After telling her numerous times that the drivers deliver there a lot I had to put down the phone and google the adress. I phoned back gave her the adress and my details which she read back to me ( Please note that the noise in the background on their side was terrible it sounded like music and people talking very loudly )</p> <p>Order placed around 18:10</p> <p>At 18:50 I phoned again because I knew they were just around the corner, the lady that answered said that my order was not in the store anymore and that the driver should be with us any minute now. At 19:20 I phoned again to ask whats going on and they tell me that they have no chicken for the one of the 3 pizzas I ordered. I asked why they did not phone me thay said they did, she read the phone nr to me again and then suddenly she micxed up a number when I know she had it right the first time. I asked her why she did not tell me this when I phoned her to follow up on my order and why she **** to me then and told me the order is on its way and she had no reply. If there was no chicken ( which is ridiculous in itself but I can underatand that maybe there was a unforseen delivery problem ) why did she not tell me this when I placed the order and if they could not get hold of me why not drive the less than 5 minutes to my location and at least deliver the other 2 pizzas I ordered?????</p> <p> </p> <p>I love debonairs pizza but I can guarantee you I will never buy from them again.</p> <p> </p> <p>The worst service ever !!!!!!!</p>
