No care attitude and overall bad service!
<p>3 June 2017: I called for a delivery from Debonairs Carletonville at approximately 16:00. At 17:05 I tried calling again numerous times to find out where my order could be(from 17:05 till 18:20) this was to no avail as there was no answer on the landline!!! I then decided to personally go to Debonairs, as I got there I enquired about my order and was told to wait... Finally the "manager" came out and informed me that there is a problem with the system and my order shows on the computer but did not go through to the kitchen (the kitchen is right behind the service staff 'obviously' they could not just tell the kitchen about my order).. I then asked the "manager" why they were NOT taking calls, and she, with a very don't care attitude told me they were, adding insult to injury by lying as I have proof of the numerous times I attempted to call!!! We have always supported Debonairs Carletonville even when they have messed up in the past with an order/delivery however I will no longer as the don't care attitude was very upsetting</p> <p>!!! Very disappointing service. </p>

Thank you Debonairs for your response. I recieved a call from a lovely lady, named Mpho, to apologize for the mix-up. She did offer me a complementary meal however I declined it as it is not about the meal it was just the manner the situation was addressed. I do understand we only human and we all make mistakes. I do still feel that the issue of calls not being taken should be addressed as at the end of the day you are all losing business. Thank you once again, Mpho, for addressing this matter in such a humble and sincere way. You are a great manager and I will continue to support Debonairs Carletonville.
