No call back after late delivery and cold pizza

I ordered 3 pizzas to at 17:45 on the 19th of December 2018. The pizzas arrived late at 18:50 and were cold. I phoned in to the call centre to complain and the guy I spoke to told me that he would contact the store and back to me. He has not called since. I don't appreciate being ignored or **** to. Someone should have given me a call back by now or is this just the way that Debonairs does business ????
