No Backup power? Yet you are so expensive?

Mall @ Carnival branch: I am disappointed. About a week ago, I ordered a small real deal pizza. Nothing major. Then load shedding hit Brakpan. Nothing one can do about that, but what disappoints me, is that Debonairs, you pride yourself as being amazing, yet you don't have backup power? What happens to the Pizza's from customers who ordered 20 pizza's and they were still in the oven?

Come on Debonairs... you can do better than this.
