No assistance regarding my complaint

I have had absolutely no assistance regarding a complaint I laid a month ago. I have spoken to a manager, phoned head office, emailed famous brands and still, no assistance. I am really fed up and I will not stop until I get some sort of feedback. It cost me my money. I wish I could upload the screenshots of the email. What happened...? Phone me and let's resolve the issue!
