NO APOLOGY AFTER WAITING FOR 2 HOURS FOR MY KIDS DINNER

On the 23rd I ordered a pizza around 17:38 ,i only received my order at 20:30 no apology nothing tried calling to do the follow up on the order as my little one was SAD and went to bed waiting in vain they kept on dropping the phone on my ear and I was told the Manager was busy I M TRULY DISSAPONTENTED ON THE SERVICE RECEIVED ANG NO APOLOGY
