no answer or help customer services& late delivery

Last night, my brother, fiancee and I decided that we would be a bit decadent and have pizza delivered at home. It was cold and dark and, well, what a nice opportunity for a treat. The decision was made around 6 in the evening and we all decided that we would order from Debonairs Pizza. Having looked up the closest store, I tried to call them - but the phone just rang and until eventually it rung off. I tried again immediately after that -but the same thing happened. I thought I would wait for a while - 10 minutes later I tried again -no answer!! So my fiancee decided that he would give ordering on the internet a try and perhaps this would get us noticed. After placing our order for our pizzas (which by the way came to over 300 ZAR)...we waited and waited and waited. We tried to call the shop again directly - but again it just rang no answer. Eventually, we went on line to find a customer services number where we might be able to understand what had happened - the customer services - gave us the shop number again and said they dont deal with those complaints. The pizza arrived over an hour after the order was placed, it was cold and one had been torn..
