Night of hunger. uh disgusting service

<p>I ordered a pizza at wesgate mall and received an sms that my order has been placed. 4hours later after calling and calllling nothing. My fiance drove to paarl and back the same time the order was placed and still no delivery man in sight the only they said was huh uh uh uh sorry. I told the driver with the manager at debonairs on the phone using my airtime that I will be paying half price or the driver will be coming back with this pizza because almost 4 and a half hours is just ridiculous the poor driver said if he takes the pizza back he will get the blame and if he comes with half money he will need to pay it back too wesgate mall debonairs poor customer service . Last time we ordered a pizza the manager came to deliver it because it was delayed by 15 minutes but almost 5 hours and all Ronald and thembani something said that the next time we order we will get a discount , as if.. THERE WON'T BE A NEXT TIME. I am so disgusted by the service . All that time wasted </p>
