Newlands Debonairs money first, customer service behind

Debonairs Newlands at 7 Loopwest Cres, don't care about their customers and when you report the bad service at debonairs national call center, nothing get done. I was asked to emailed Kim who suppose to be regional manager but she is also pathetic. I will never buy nor encourage anyone close to me to buy at this store.
