Newcastle Corner Debonairs pathetic service

Pathetic service from Debonairs Newcastle Corner and call centre not very helpful. I placed an order at the Debonairs at 18:39 by 20:00 I had still not received my food and when you try and call the restaurant it goes through to a call centre who cannot assist.
