New ownership turns into disaster

Shocked and absolutely horrified by the new ownership at Debonairs in Fish Hoek. Firstly the new staff DON'T listen to what you say and now you can't pay your order with a credit card over the phone because the new owner says so!!!! How impractical and ridiculous . That's an easy way to start losing money as most places take your details and deliver all because you don't carry cash around and that's the point of not needing to drive to pick up your order!!! I cannot be provided with a reason as to why this has all changed and I keep getting interrupted whilst talking so the customer service is also beyond poor!!!!! Bad service bad attitude and bad customer care. After being such a loyal customer and always supporting FH branch I am really surprised that new ownership can change ones whole perception and loyalty. Surely you want to improve not take 20 steps backwards. Technology people!!!!!! I'm truly disappointed.
