New management is terrible!

i Placed n order for delivery from the braamfontein debonairs branch after 35 minutes of ordering the food they tell me that there will be a delay as they are still waiting for stock to be delivered thats not all. I ask to speak to the manager and the person drops the phone, i called back after afew minutes and that same man then claimed to me that he is the manager i refuse to understand how he could be a manager because he couldnt even speak english properly and couldnt even explain anything or apologize in a decent manner. This service is really terrible they honestly should not be taking any orders or there doors should not be open if they do not have stock honestly really and truly dissapointed i have been supporting debonairs braam for multiple years as i work in the area but not anymore this service is poor cuming from a massive franchise like debonairs
