Never will i buy debonairs pizza again

Im very very disappointed about the service i got from debonairs heidelberg mall, my partner and i Googled a debonairs pizza that would deliver, he heidelberg mall appeared and me paid on the app im based in nigel jameson park an hour later we phone to enquire how far are they with the pizza only then we wer told to phone nigel they are closer we indeed phoned nigel and we were redirected to heidelberg mall. I felt we were undermined sent from pillar to post. If you gi on yhe debonairs website it clearly states that heidelberg mall delivers. Im a fan of yiur pizza but i felt i was sold a lie i will never buy from you guys and woukd discourage people to. What made ne furious even more was we used the app to pay and it even told us about the delivery fee and there was a tip portion that we even had to tip n we did. The app should have immediately told us they do not deliver where we could've made other arrangements than to sit home and wait for nothing.... My kids were disappointed abd angry at me that we promised them pizza... Even worse i had to drive to heidelberg mall to get my refund.. At whose cost?? With this increasing petrol price? Bank charges, time spent, i would've done other arrangements Why was i inconvinced all we wanted as a family was have our favorite pizza at our favorite place.. But i know you have lost my family and i as you consist customer. You guys definitely have to update that you dont deliver.,just feel sorry for your next victims
