Never received order!!!

Really disappointed in debonairs, today I placed an order and never received it. When I call them they say the driver came to deliver and someone else took it. Does any of that make sense? How does someone else take MY order ? Is the driver not supposed to ask the name of the person taking the order before giving it to him/her ? I’m mad and starving right now?all restaurants are now closed? Luckily I chose the COD option, so at least I didn’t lose my money. I’m never ordering at Debonairs Brickhill Durban again !!!
