Never received my change

I ordered a pizza online from Eldorado Park store on Saturday. On the driver notes I advised the driver I needed change. When the driver called to confirm my address, I reminded him again of the change. The driver came here without my change, took my money and said he would come back but never dit. I’ve been calling the store everyday and everyday I’m told he will bring it or he is not in. This is unacceptable because am I now being ****** with my R50 change?
