Never ordering from Yarona, very unprofessional.

Ordered a pizza from the Yarona branch as per usual but they decided not pitch up. My order was made at exactly 17:15 and was advised it would take 30-45 mins. And hour later called back in to get an update and the lady just asked me to hold and said absokutely nothing wasting my airtime.called back again and this time I could t get through to the branch was told they would send an email to the manager to call me back but nothing again. Their service is terrible this is not the 1st time I've had bad vibes with them. The other two times they brought my pizza late and very cold.
