Never order from Debonairs.

I placed an order on the app and delivery was free. The delivery driver arrived with not the entire order. We then deducted the amount that wasn't there and swiped for the rest after the payment went through the driver started an argument with me about delivery cost and said if I can't pay for it he will. The problem with this is the app said it is free and he wanted the delivery money after I paid for the food. I sent the order back and asked for my money back and phoned customer care and told them about my problem. The branch manager phoned me and said they will sent my complete order for me after 4 hours of placing the order I phoned again and said they must refund my money as this is ridiculous,the lady on the phone said they will do so and I will receive a sms. After 25 Min I received a call from the same driver that had the argument with me and he said he is outside with my order. This is over 4 hours later. Rely very bad service and would not recommend to any one.
