Never hold breath when waiting on Debonairs' response to you complants

I had sent an email complaining about the lack of customer service I received in the Rustenburg Phokeng branch. A response was promptly sent back to me stating that they will get back to me.......this was 4 weeks ago!! I am still waiting.
