Never got my pizza

I have not had such a bad experience like this. The call center lady did not with hold the friendly service that I know from debonairs pizza. I call at 8:30 and was told my pizza will be ready in 30 minutes, at 9h10 I walked into the shop and my pizza was not ready then I was told to wait for 45 more minutes but only at 10h23 I got a call my pizza was ready and they even forced me to come pay the bill after I waited longer then the time's I was told my food will be ready. I cannot believe the service I got from the shop and call center.
