Never going there again.

I just visited the Debonairs Pizza, in Orkney North West, Waited over an hour for anyone to see if order is done. While waiting my one Pizza was left with the box open for over ten min, I was told that they just started the last pizza of my order after an hour! The manager finally shows up. I asked what the complaint prosedure is and for the customer service no. His reply was "You want to complain you have to find it." Really really pathetic service.
