NEVER AGAIN FROM DEBONAIRS!!!

On Friday afternoon I opened an account on the internet, received a number and a link to change my password if need be but nowhere was I asked to give my address. i was a bit worried as I placed an order at the same time so I phoned Debonairs about half an hour later to explain. The lady at Debonairs could not see anything on the system and took my order telephonically. I had to tell her about her company's specials and how much it would be!!?? I placed the order, spelt my street name (twice) at about 16:15. At 18:00 Debonairs phone me to say the driver got lost (Debonairs is1,5km away). My husband explained the way and he said he would leave straight away. 19:00 I phoned Debonairs to be told by the Manager that she does not know of any delivery or about the driver that got lost and she could not help me as it was load shedding. She could not even speak english properly. My husband went to Debonairs to find my order sitting on the shelf (Manager could not locate it). Needless to say, we did not take it and went to Scooters instead. I could not believe the kind of service that we have become accustomed to!!!
