NO SERVICE WHAT SO EVER

this was the second time this incident happened

we placed our order at 6:14 pm.. the lady said it would take 18 - 20 minutes....

after an hour we phoned. no answer... we asked to speak to the manager which doesn't answer any phone calls (we have 2 different cellphone numbers) we then again phoned and the lady transferred the call numerous times with still no answer as to where our order is.

after another hour passed we phoned for what felt like the 20th time still with no answer as to where or how long this order will be...

then all of a sudden they said they can't come through to my number (which keep in mind I received numerous calls from the call centre and also my fiance...

at 8:55pm our order arrived!!!!

really bad service. still waiting for the manager to phone us back
