NEGLIGENCE

Im sorry for being out. I so love debonairs pizzas but after last week I feel so angry and disappointed,im in Cape Town in Rosebank ordered online on the 16/02/2019 at Plumstead branch not knowing they deliver where I am,they telling me they dont deliver this side,so I said what about the payment ,they said they will refund it within 24hours,I check my bank account on the 19/02/2019 still nothing,I bought airtime to call them what happened,the cashier told me to call around about six that day,so I deed,when I told who I am ,the lady on phone said her boss is busy processing my refund it will be on my bank within 24hours which was yesterday,today there is still nothing on my bank,how selfish is that? So debanairs do treat their customers so annoying like that,cause I dont see anything stoping them from paying back my money R223.00????
