My Order Took 2 Hours and still not delivered

I ordered pizza for lunch just after 13:00 and told it will be delivered within 40-45 mins. Around 14:16 (which was more than an hour and a half) I called again to check on my pizza only to be told the drivers were out and they had only just come back so my order will be on the way, they apologized. I added pop itz on the order under the impression that the driver is leaving the shop shortly. At 15:10 I called again complaining my food isn't here yet and I was told the driver is waiting for the pop itz.....Holy Mary Mother Of God!!!! Does an order take 2-5 hours nowadays???
