my order lost
I placed an online order and pay *** i waited forever, until i decided to call because an 1 hour has elapsed with no respond.when i called they told me they didn't receive my order it didn't print. i was send an e-Mail and sms that my order was received it being prepaid.<br> <br> Hi Mbali,<br> <br> Your order has been received by Debonairs Pizza Glenwood Francois Road ***).<br> <br> Enjoy your meal!<br> <br> The Debonairs Pizza team.<br> <br> They ask if they should cancel the order i have already pay are they going to reverse my money.<br> i had to wait again for my order to be prepared. i am really not happy with the service i received.
