My order done on the 23/11/2017 ref 330676

Good evening I placed a order with Debonairs pizza springs gate this evening. at 7:22 pm my order was accepted I waited 2 hours for my order and no delivery I called them and first the lady put me on hold and then dropped the call I called back and she said the delivery has left that was at 9:22 pm I then waited and still nothing . my Fiance then called them back and thy said the driver broke down and the order will be there soon the driver arrived at 10:22 pm when he took out the pizza boxes the first one's dot was black then the next and the next and so on and most of the boxes were squashed we opend 1 of the boxes and the pizza was cold my Fiance called back to inform the manager that we will be sending it back as this is not acceptable after the manager had told my Fiance he guaranty's the quality in the 2nd phone call . we are not happy as the order is 3 hours late and cold I get that the driver might have broken down and thy are busy and the weather is not so great but a simple phone call to say sorry we are not able to deliver would you mind picking your order up would have been grate but no we get treated like we are the people in the wrong I do not accept this and will never buy any thing from them or any branch of there again
