My money is not good enough

I placed an online order, reluctantly so as I'd chosen to not order from Debonairs anymore due to their delivery's always being at least an hour late. Regardless I wanted to give them a chance. I called in half an hour after placing my order just to find out if everything was on track. I was told my pizza is ready, however there is a big order and hence I should wait for that big order to be completed before I can receive my pizza. This is absurd. Just because I ordered 1 pizza vs 50 pizzas it doesnt make me less important. She apologized to her credit, but I don't want an apology I want a solution. Yet still, all they said was your order is ready, however we're finishing the big order first. Is this how you do business? Are some customers more important than others? I don't care if it's hot when it gets here, that doesn't mean it's fresh. It's been sitting on that heat rack for far longer than procedure recommends. I've been in the industry 15 years. Once again, you've proven me right. I'm tired of even complaining, I'm tired.
