My money gone!

Only if there was a zero rating I would definitely give it to Debonairs pizza. On the 3rd of February 2024, I placed an online fully paid order (death by chocolate and medium tikka pizza) on the Debonairs Pizza app from store Debonairs pizza chili Lane shopping centre sunninghill, sandton. The worst mistake of my life I tell you!!! What a ****!!! After a few minutes of placing the online order, I got a call from Debonairs saying they will not deliver my order because I ordered it late and it is not safe.( at 19h18!!!!) Like what!!!! The store closes at 10pm. I was shocked but then asked about my money. The guy from the store told me that a refund will be processed and It will be sent back to my bank account by Monday the 5th of Feb 2024. Guess what!!! I haven't received my refund into my bank account until now (9th February 2024), nothing!!! I drove there with no assistance (wasted my petrol) and I called them yesterday wasted my airtime countless times until I gave up. Still nothing today after 7 days. I am very disappointed in Debonairs Pizza. I will never order from you, will surely tell my family and friends to stay away... My money gone!!!!
