My food not delivered.

I am very disappointed I orderd through Uber Eats for delivery at home at Debonaires new market, because I was still on my way from work. I told my mother to wait by the gate for the pizza. My phone died surprisingly when I get home an hour after the estimated delivery time there was no pizza. When I charged my phone I find the pizza guy says they delivered at my door the picture he took has only the pizza box, I stay in township my yard has so many rooms besides all that they where waiting for him by the gate, he never arrived but his comment on the app says delivered. I called his number it's not going through. I need an urgent refund I would have wanted my order but the purpose of purchasing it, my son is going on school trip today. I need my money back and investigate your Ubereats driver.
