Mthoko Cornobia bad service for a manager

I am so disappointed in Debonairs Cornubia branch. Yesterday (08/04/2024) I went to buy crammed crust triple decker pizza with extra cheese. Upon arriving at home I noticed there was absolutely no meat on the pizza, no extra cheese, just a pizza base with onions and tomato. I then logged a complaint with Debonairs Cornobia, I advised them of the order I received. I have notified them and sent them the photos as well. I then receiveda call from the Manager Mthoko who advised that it was a genuine mistake that could have been done as people are different, however he then advised me that he did not see anything wrong with the pizza they made for me, after he had supposedly done his investigation. I find this to be contradictory because why would he admit to a mistake being made however he is saying there was nothing wrong with the Pizza. The pizza had no chicken, it was burnt and not properly prepared. I would advise that no one buys from this debonairs, and if they do, make sure you open your pizza there and then otherwise you will be told that it was a mistake after spending more than R200 and getting basically a crust.
