This has got to be the worst service ever! Ordered everything online, paid for the food at 19:00. See the time now, I've been phoning in, been speaking to different people asking about my food I ordered and when it'll be delivered. Told me their people are on the way, just look at the time. It's 22:00 now and when I tried phoning again, it said I've reached the end of their operating hours.. What am I suppose to do now? This doesn't even deserve a 'one rating star'. Literally 3 hours and counting! Pathetic service, pathetic customer service, pathetic everything!!! The worst ever, I swear. I've never been put through such service, this is the first ever and its not like they do everything on behalf of us, we've been doing everything online, we've been doing everything ourselves.
