Hi my name is nqobile, i went to debonairs pizza lakeside mall, spoke to a lady who's a cashier there, she really treated me with patience and respect..

so when I ordered, I asked the lady if they deliver or not, then she explained they don't but because its within the same vicinity, she could try, however if 20min passes by without her delivering, I will have to come check or collect the pizza as she is not going to be able to deliver if she is still alone by the tills, then there comes this idiot by the name of "cuzin" bulging in our conversation, he gave me this nusty attitude, told me he doesn't know how to explain this to customers anymore [with attitude] "I don't have time to explain this to you again] as if I was talking to him.. Then he just lashed to my face and went back to the kitchen..

I don't think the service i was given was up to the standard of Debonairs as I am a customer waiting to be helped and deserve all the time to start and finish my transection, so I am reporting this because I want the manager to be aware of how he(cuzin) treats customers coming to the store.. Its not on at all
